Sam Alagha is a shareholder with Goldstein, Woods, & Alagha. His practice areas include personal injury, insurance defense, insurance bad faith, commercial litigation, and wrongful death litigation. During law school, Sam participated in numerous mock trials and negotiations tournaments. He won first place in the University of San Diego negotiations tournament and participated in the regional competition.

After law school, Sam joined the Maricopa County Public Defender’s office as a trial attorney. He managed a caseload of felony criminal cases from drug possession to homicides. Sam has extensive trial and motion practice experience with over a dozen trials as first chair.
